How to File a DMCA Complaint

Identification of Yourself
Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we may contact you.
Identification of the Copyrighted Work
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
Identification of the Infringing Material
A specific description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our service, with enough detail for us to find and identify it (e.g., a direct URL or page reference).
Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy & Authority Statement
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.

Submit Notice
Send your complete DMCA notice to our designated agent via email with all required information.
We Review
Our team reviews the notice to verify it meets all statutory requirements and identifies the material in question.
Action Within 24h
We process all valid DMCA requests within 24 hours of receipt and notify the affected parties.
Warning: False Claims
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees incurred by us, by any copyright owner, or by any copyright owner’s licensee that is injured by such misrepresentation.
We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification of claimed infringement in violation of the law.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
